Piotr Nawrot, SVD, has spent 25 years in Paraguay and Bolivia. While studying for his PhD in Musicology he became fascinated by the Guaraní culture and music schools within Jesuit Reducciones. Tom Cahill, SVD, spoke to him about his discovery of 16th century Baroque music scores composed by indigenous people living in the mission communities.
